Margaret Norris

1938-2013

Our beautiful and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Margaret passed away on November 16, 2013 after enduring a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer which never did take away her good spirits and optimism. She is predeceased by her husband, Edward; parents, William and Louie Blundon; brothers, Fred and Justin; sisters: Dora, Daphne and Ethel; brother-in-law, Ambrose Norris; brother and sister-in-law, Cyril and Winnie Norris; brother-in-law, Frank Norris; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fraser and Stella Oliver; brother-in-law, Chesley Critch; brother-in-law, Berkley Sutton; sister-in-law, Evelyn Norris; brother-in-law, Charlie Norris; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lloyd and Effie Baker. Leaving to mourn with loving and happy memories: daughters, Lisa (Vince) Morrissey and Evelyn (Jim) Tuttle; sons, Bruce (Joan) and Wayde (Sadie); grandchildren: Margie (Brad) Hopkins, Melissa (Rodney) Doyle, Eddie (Ashley) Tuttle, Steward Norris, Elly Norris, Sara Norris (Adam), Donnie Norris (Tasha), Brad Norris and Tammy Norris; great grandchildren: Emily Power, Liam Hopkins, Nealah Norris, Rhys Norris, Mason Norris, Kinsley Norris, Nicholas Doyle and Ryan Doyle; brother, Justin George (Marlene); sisters: Olive (Leonard) Hamlyn, Eliza (Moses, deceased) Blundon, Winnie (Bill, deceased) Haines, Marilyn (Albert) Sparkes, Marjorie (Dave) Nicholl; sister-in-law, Mary Norris; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Snowden and Barbara Norris; sisters-in-law, Alma Norris and Ruth Sutton; as well as an extended circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation, Tuesday, November 19, 2013, 3:00pm. ~ 10:00pm., Wednesday, November 20, 2013, 10:00am. ~ 10:00pm., Thursday, November 21, 2013, 10:00am. ~ 10:00pm., Friday, November 22, 2013, 10:00am. ~ 12:00pm. Funeral service to take place on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 2:00pm. from St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Bay de Verde. Inurnment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay de Verde. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made and will be forwarded in Margaret's memory to a charity of the family's choice. She will be fondly remembered for her quick wit, charisma, great sense of humour and love of life. "To the world you were just one, but to us, you were the world."
