Charlotte Rice

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 23, 2012, Charlotte Rice (Mommy Charlotte) of Red Head Cove, aged 98 years. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas, parents, John and Mary Josephine, grandsons, Thomas McCarthy and Gary Rice and great grandson, Kyle Snelgrove. Precious mother of Edmund, Mary, Bren (Margaret), Joe (Margaret), Helen (Billy), and Bob (Marie), she also leaves with wonderful memories a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation Wednesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 26 from 10:00am. ~ 10:00pm. Funeral service to take place on Friday, January 27 @ 11:00am. from Assumption Church, Bay de Verde. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
