Passed peacefully away, surrounded by her family, at the Pentecostal
Senior's Complex, Clarke's Beach, Minnie Eliza (Button) Beckett of Old
Perlican aged 89 years.
Predeceased by her husband, Gladstone, she is lovingly remembered by her children: Regina (Tom Biggs), Maxine Isaacs (Barry), Rae Williams (Kevin), Christine Reid, George (Iola), Paul (Geanie); grandchildren: Tanja (Jay), Blair (Tammy), Renee (Jeff), Cindy (Roger), Shelly (Roger), Kelly (Jim), Derrick (Lori), Rodger, Craig (Shelly), Charmaine (Dave), Cheryl (Chauncey) and April;
very special great grandchildren: Sarah, Jacob, Shelby, Abigail, Evan, Aaron, Jamie, Paul, Anthony, Benjamin, Beckett, Racquel, Savannah, Drake, Hunter and Jack;
one brother, Ronald Button (Old Perlican) and a large circle of extended fanily and friends. Visitation to take place Thursday, November 10, 7:00pm. ~ 9:00pm. (family only).
The family will receive those wishing to pay their respects on Friday, November 11, 10:00am. ~ 9:00pm. and Saturday, November 12, 10:00am. ~ 9:00pm.
Funeral service to take place Sunday, November 13 @ 2:00pm. from Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel. No flowers by request.
Donations may be made in Minnie's memory to St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church or to a charity of one's choice.
