Alice J. Eddy

Passed away peacefully at The Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre after a short illness, Alice J. Eddy, aged 89 years of Sibley's Cove. Predeceased by her husband, Wesley, parents, Charles and Virtue, sons, Lloyd Sparkes and Clarence Eddy and grandsons, Ricky, Jeffrey and Cyril Smith. Leaving to mourn daughter, Lorraine (Fred) Smith, Swift Current and son, Cyril at home; grandchildren: Rodney (Bay De Verde), Scott (Sherry Noseworthy) (Torbay), Martin (Karen Dale) (Northern Bay), Trevor (Kate) (N. W. T.), Melanie (Greg Froude) (Brownsdale) and Donnie (Tracey Byrd) (Green's Harbour); great grandchildren: Melanie, Kristian, Mitchell, Julia, Ryan, Katelynn, Travis, Brooke, Hayden and Gavin; daughters-in-law, Catherine Eddy and Millie Sparkes; sisters-in-law, Annie (Ananias) Button (Lead Cove) and Eva Eddy (Sibley's Cove), as well as a large number of other relatives and friends. Visitation, Monday, April 11 from 10:00am. until 10:00pm. and on Tuesday, from Bethel United, 10:00am until 12:00pm. Funeral to take place Tuesday, April 12 at 2:00pm. from Bethel United Church, Sibley's Cove. Interment to follow at The United Church Cemetery, Sibley's Cove. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to The Bethel United Church Memorial Fund.
