Passed peacefully away at The Interfaith Senior's Home, Carbonear,
Florence Belle Brookings, aged 92 years, formerly of Old
Perlican.
Predeacesed by husband: Clarence, infant daughter: Millicent, grandson: Jamie, son-in-law: Frank Adams, brothers: Lester, Llewelyn and Simeon and sister Millicent.
Left to mourn: two daughters: Norma and Geraldine (Gerald); four sons: Lester (Ruth), Llewellyn (Virena), Max (Betsey) and Leonard (Marilyn);
15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and also a large circle of relatives and friends.
Visitation to be held on Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21 from 10:00am until 10:00pm. and on Monday, March 22 from 10:00am until 11:30 am.
Funeral to take place on Monday, March 22 @ 2:00pm. from St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican.
Internment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Old Perlican.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Florence's memory to a charity of one's choice.
