Eldon Lloyd Froude

Passed peacefully away on Sunday, October 12, 2008 Eldon Froude of Old Perlican, aged 84 years. Predeceased by grandson Shannon Button (1992). Leaving to mourn, wife of 58 years, Mary; son, Lloyd (Joyce), two daughters: Dianne (Allen Willie) and Beulah (Sam Welcher); 5 grandchildren: Tammy (Jim), Denita (Brian), Dawn (Brian), Brad and Brandon; one great grandson, Kyle White; sister, Doris Trimm; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and very special friends, Frank and Dot Bursey, Job’s Cove. Rested at Hopkins Funeral Home, Old Perlican. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, October 15 at 1:00 p.m. from Hopkins Chapel, Old Perlican with Reverend Brian Hannon officiating. Interment followed at the United Cemetery, Old Perlican. As an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to St. Andrew’s By The Sea United Church, P.O. Box 37, Old Perlican, NL.
