Marilyn Doyle

Passed peacefully, but suddenly away, surrounded by her loving family at the Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Marilyn Squires Doyle, aged 65 years.

Predeceased by parents, Charles and Elizabeth Squires; and partner, Eugene Doyle.

Leaving to mourn with precious memories are her partner, Chris LeGrow;
children: Jeremy (Judy), Jason (Trina) and Amanda (Damian);
grandchildren: Aaron (Melissa), Olivia (Matthew), Keegan (Stephanie), Hayley (Brandon), Hillary, and Kalan;
great granddaughter, Kingsley;
siblings: Walter (Debbie), Harry (Jeanette), Joyce (Don), Everett (Carolyn) and Susan (Ray);
siblings-in-law: Walter LeGrow, Donna O'Neill, Peter LeGrow, Michael LeGrow (Alice), Karen LeGrow, and Jeff LeGrow (Sherry);
nieces and nephews: Tina (Wing), Rob (Heather), Kelly (Adam), Jonathon, Stephen (Darlene), Chelsey (Daniel), and Lawrence (Katie);
special friend, Sharon McCarthy;
her coworkers at Quinsea, Old Perlican; extended family and a great circle of friends.

Marilyn was a wonderful partner, mom, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved people and was always thinking of others. She was known to root for the underdog and was often the one to bring everyone up in difficult times. It seemed her presence just made everything better. Her fun loving ways, her ability to make others laugh and her gift to bring a smile to another will certainly be missed. Marilyn worked for years at Quinsea in Old Perlican and loved her job but, more so, she loved the people with whom she worked. They were like family to her. Marilyn loved to travel and she certainly loved a good game of cards and BINGO. Marilyn loved her family immensely. To her, her grandchildren and her new great grandchild were the light of her life. If they were her stars she was their moon and sun, all in the one. She will forever be watching over them.

Cremation has taken place.
Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Friday, April 18, 2025 2:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Funeral service on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm. from Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican.
Internment to be announced at a later date.
