Eliza Blundon

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Eliza Carol Blundon of Bay de Verde on October 26, 2024 at the age of 84 years.

Predeceased by her husband, Moses; parents, William Thomas and Louie Jane Blundon; parents in law, Margaret and Edward Blundon; brothers, Fred (Dot) and baby Justin; sisters: Ethel, Daphne, Dora, Olive (Len), Margaret (Edward) and Winnie (William).

Leaving to mourn, daughters: Judy (Paddy), Karen (John) and Debbie; grandchildren: Angela (Tommy), Brenden, Christopher (Diana), Seamus, Stephanie (Adam), and Danny (Olivia); great grandchildren: Madison, Claire, Abigail and Ian; sisters, Marilyn (Albert) and Marjorie (Dave); brother, Justin (Marlene); as well as extended family and circle of friends.

Thank you to the staff of Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican and also to the staff at Carbonear General Hospital, Carbonear for your care, kindness and compassion to mom and her family.

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 2:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Funeral service to take place at 2:00 pm. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Bay de Verde.
Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
