Ian Provan

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our loved one,
Ian Burnett Provan of Old Perlican on September 2, 2024, aged 78 years.

Predeceased by parents, Netta (Jessie) and James Provan and wife of 50 years, Janet.

Leaving to mourn his sudden passing, sister, Elizabeth B. Campbell; brother-in-law, James Campbell; niece, Brittain E. Kluge; and great nephew, James C. Kluge.
Ian will be remembered by his best friends and supportive nephews, Carl (Colleen) Hopkins and David (Tammy) Hopkins; as well as nieces and nephews: Lisa (Scott) Coish, Cindy (Darryl) Fillier, David Blundon and Keith (Patricia) Snelgrove; great nieces and nephews: Todd Hopkins, Kassidy and Brandon Coish, McKayla and Madison Hopkins, Riley, Cody and Emily Snelgrove and Brianna Fillier.
Ian will also be fondly remembered by many who have known him over the years.

As per his wishes cremation has taken place.
Visitation to take place at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Friday, September 13, 2024 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
A service of celebration of life for Ian will be held at Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 2:00 pm. with interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
