Albert Burt

Albert James Burt of Old Perlican passed peacefully away, surrounded by his loving family, at the Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican on April 11, 2024 aged 81 years.

Predeceased by his parents, John & Eliza Burt; parents-in-law, Joshua Tucker & Mary (Thomas Brinson); brother, Harry; brothers-in-law, Calvin Miller and Lloyd (Debbie) Tucker.

Albert leaves to mourn his wife of 56 years, Florence;
children: Kim (Rick Boone), Roger (Cindy) and Rodney (Shelley);
grandchildren: Victor, Karisa (Nicholas), Sarah (Shane), Shelby (Ashton), Courtney (Jonathan) and Jenna (Brody);
great grandson, Arthur and great granddaughter soon to arrive;
sisters: Anne Miller, Gladys Burt and Lenore (Otto Zahn);
sisters-in-law: Alma Burt, Marina (Gordon Osmond), Clara (Reg Jones), Doris (Harold Harnum); brother-in-law, Morgan Tucker;
close friend, Marjorie Button; extended family and a great circle of friends.

Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Sunday, April 14, 2024 2:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.

Funeral service to take place on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm. from St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican.
Interment to take place at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in Albert's memory to St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican.
