Tony was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and cherished friend. To say he was larger than life would be an accurate way to describe him. He was hardworking and generous with his time. He could make a stranger feel as though he knew them for years. Tony was a fisherman for his lifetime spending his time on the longliners but when he was on land he was an avid hunter and trouter and spent endless happy hours at his beloved cabin. Tony worked hard, enjoyed life, loved deeply and will never be forgotten by people whose lives he touched in one way or another. He was a friend to everyone and will be missed by all.

"The pearly gates were opened,
A gentle voice said, "Come".
And with farewells unspoken,
He gently entered home.
His smiling way and pleasant face
Are a pleasure to recall.
He had a kindly word for each
And died beloved by all.
Some day we hope to meet him,
Some day we know not when;
To clasp his hand in the better land,
Never to part again."
