Byron Bursey

Passed peacefully away, surrounded by his loving family, at the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, St. John's on Monday, February 25, 2019, Byron A. Bursey of Caplin Cove, aged 76 years.
Predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Mary Alice Bursey; sister in law, Effie Bursey; nephew, Randy Bursey; and other special family members.
Leaving to mourn his wife of 45 years, Linda; children: Marilyn, Colin (Samantha), Janice, Carl (Nadine), Marsha (Gavin) and Ashley (Eddie);
grandchildren: Cameron, Erica, Rachael and Brooke;
brother, Max (Beverley); sister, Marion; niece, Christine; great niece, Mandy; great nephew, Brad;
special dog, Belle; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
He was a kind, loving man who was a dedicated and hard working fisherman.
Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. and on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Funeral service to take place at 3:00 pm. on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican.
Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Caplin Cove.
