Ena Emberley

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, with family by her side, Ena Augusta (Blundon) Emberley of Bay de Verde, aged 83 years. Predeceased by parents, Albert and Alice Blundon; sister, Norma Noel; brother, Harry Blundon; parents-in-law, Thomas and Gladys Emberley; sisters-in-law, Bernice (Bob) and Vera Coish; nephews, Kurtis Blundon and Randy Emberley. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 60 years, Mervyn; sisters: Florence Cowan (Alex), Carmie Roy, Ellie Sutton (Bill), Anna Bursey, Yvonne Lambert (Paul) and Patsy Coulombe (Pierre); brothers, Randy (Lillian) and Cal (Diane); sister-in-law, Alma Blundon; brothers-in-law, Allan Coish and Ike Emberley (Phyllis); many nieces and nephews, extended family and loving friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Saturday, August 4, 2018 10:00 am. to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm. from St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Bay de Verde. Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay de Verde. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in Ena's memory to the St. Barnabas Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Bay de Verde.
