Frances Barrett

Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, in the presence of her loving family, at the age of 87 years, Frances Ada Barrett (nee Cooper) of Old Perlican. Predeceased by her loving husband, E. George Barrett; sisters, Stella and Eileen; brothers: George, Corbin, Frank and Fred. Leaving to mourn her four children: Brenda (Dave) Moore, Christine (Chris) Savoury, Yvonne Barrett and Carson (Jackie) Barrett; 7 grandchildren: Curtis (Lori) Hopkins, Tracy Hopkins, Kelly (Giles) Littlejohn, Jennifer (Noah) Zanbilowicz, Jonathan (Brittany) Barrett, Samantha and Nicholas Urovski; 8 great grandchildren: Kristen Hopkins, Alycia and Brandon Soulier, Claire and Reid Littlejohn, Eva and Anna Zanbilowcz and Lorne Barrett; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Saturday, March 24, 2018 2:00 pm. to 9:00 pm., Sunday, March 25, 2018 4:00 pm. to 9:00 pm., and Monday, March 26, 2018 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm. from St. Andrew's By the Sea United Church, Old Perlican. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Old Perlican.
