Raymond Riggs

Passed peacefully away at the Dr. L. A. Miller Centre, St. John's on Thursday, December 8, 2016, surrounded by his family, Raymond Eugene Riggs of Bay de Verde, aged 69 years. Predeceased by parents, Harrison and Nellie Riggs. Leaving to mourn, loving wife, Mary; children: Keith (Christine), Cavell (Randy), Donnie (Tracy), Mark (Sasha) and Nicole; grandchildren: Jordan, Jessica, Tyler, Cody, Hannah, Georgia and Sydney; brothers: Don (June), Doug (Marilyn) and Boyd (Cheryl); special aunt, Marg Noonan; a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends; past and present Officers and cadets of 295 Baccalieu Sea Cadets; and very special friend, David Walsh. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Saturday, December 10, 2016 2:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. and Sunday, December 11, 2016 10:00 am. to 9:00pm. Funeral service to take place on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:00 am. from Assumption Parish Roman Catholic Church, Bay de Verde. Interment to follow.
